I would love to see Predator 3 made. Maybe with the plot line that robert rodriguez wrote about the 17th century boat being underseige from a predator. But I wouldn't have robert rodriguez to direct it, not a big fan of his work. If anyone was to take the helm of Predator 3 should be a visual  director for example Guillermo Del Toro or James Cameron.

As for Alien 5, if it was to be made the idea of the roots of the space jockey would be a great visual film but again would need a director and writer etc who could pull it of in a way it doesn't become cheap.

predator 3 cause predator movies are alot more easy to understand then the intense si-fi alien series i get lost in alien movies bt a alien 5 would be awsome ill just have to pay attention can be any worse then enchanted that my girlfriend made me watch *shiver*

Hi everyone, I'm new here. Okay, on to the topic. Hmm...its really hard to chose, I'm both a Alien and Predator fan sooo...Predator because Alien already has 4 and Predator only has 2.

What route would it go, horror or action. 3 & 4 got the series in a sticky situation, would they turn out to be a dream or would it be real.

The Predator doesn't have any franchise ruining movies because it never sticks with the same characters.

  Alien 5 is what I would rather see only if Scott or Cameron directed the movie. I would like to learn more about the Space Jockey or if Cameron could bring back Colonial Marines. Also the movie would do better at the box office, comparing the two franchises. But I would like to see predator 3 . It has better chance of being good since Alien 4 sucked. Just do not let the Rock play in the movie.

I just watched alien 4 on dvd tonight and i enjoyed it thorougly.
I'd vote for both..and avp3 cause i am greedy and I love all three franchises, bring them all on I say....

 I was thinking, to have a successful PRED.3, they would need a really good script writer. They would need a really great director, and a really believable cast of characters. Noone wants to see a PREDATOR 3 film with lousy direction, story, and acting (well, not me anyways).
This film would have to surpass the first film, and grab you by the balls. This film needs to have everything the first one had, and more. I think it would actually need to be set somewhere other than EARTH. Yeah, there would be alot of CG, but this is a new era of filming, and the times have changed. They could still have the "Man in suit" thing, but have it be on their planet, or on a colonized moon... something. I WANT DIFFERENT SETTINGS!!!

What ever comes first(or both} "Alien 5 or Predator 3" we all know,that the previous films had directors
with creative vision and also they had production experience,especially the first Alien film and Predator
films,the Strauss brothers are good at what they do and by the looks of it Twentieth Century Fox moguls want safe bets,if flops at the cinema we can recoup with video sales for the next three or four years,and we fans will shell out.I got more out of the trailers the watching the end result,I hope the moguls out their,
will come to their senses and get a good director and their are out there,I mean not Sci Fi or horror
Specialist types,but in the last few years their have been great off the radar films. I hate to say this,by the way it is going,both franchises will be just parodies of each other or both.We the audience/fans expect and deserve more,for supporting both franchise.

I'm a hard core Alien fan, and I have to say that the Pred fans haven't been treated as nicely as the alien fans have. We have four movies under our belt and theres only Predator 1 and 2? I would like to see a Predator 3 over Alien 5 although I would want them to make it too. I just would hope they get decent actors and director and writer who knows what their doing and not just what FOX tells them to do.

I think Predator 3. Mainly becasue the last Alien film wasn't that good( in my opinion) and also because the predator has only 2 stand alone films versus the Alien franchise, which has 4.
