Favourite Alien Movie?

Alien Resurrection.  Three reasons.

1) I'm a scientist
2) I loved the colouration of the ship.  A sickly colour, reflecting the experiments.
3) It was the biggest Psychological horror of them all.

I must agree, Alien Resurrection is better than people make it out to be.

But my order would be:

I think I can honestly say I like the first 3 equally as if they were all one long film....

But if I had to narrow it done I'd say the 1st the 3rd and the 2nd.

But I cant say I like 3 MORE than 2 because 3 doesn't make sense unless you see 2 so....

A:R has some brilliant classic moments but it's poorly put together. The comedy, the production, the casting, a lot of the dialogue is intentionally cheesy...and I hate how much they show the monster.

It's like choosing between kids with Alien v.s. Aliens.  Alien for the claustrophobic, gothic horror ... Aliens for the terror based sci-fi action thriller.  I choose Aliens for the sheer combo of balls to the wall fun, with great characters, and still that creepy atmosphere of the original ... only amplified by an entire HIVE of Aliens.
