Aliens, I'm still getting used to every class but with my tactic (jump around everywhere during attacks or constrantly holding the attack button) I win quite a bit, but not against really good players. As Aliens I just run in to the attack. Screw stalking, I always get found out  >:(

That isn't your fault. For some reason the game was developed so that the AI can see a cloaked Predator even if it's in the dark :P

They don't "see" you per se. They operate on sensors, so their attacking you is a bit more plausible than the humans who see a cloaked Predator in the dark.

technically they see you.
The engine indicate your position as object (cloack or not it means nothing)
Every character in the game see you, they just act differently to how object in the map update.

It's set in the attributes. There is one circle of "suspect". The marine starts asking: Am I seeing things?
If you stand still or quickly run behind some object, he won't see you.

The inner circle is where marine notices you 100% in the matter of time.

Cheap, but fast way to create this "cloak" effect against AI.

Alien. I love to stalk my prey in the darkness, hissing at them, watching them fire blindly. Then when they are isolated and the time is right, I strike.

Oh, by the way, sometimes when I play AvP2 as an Alien, I act like a Marine should. Anybody heard of a guy name Xeno-Warrior? That would be me. I set up a main base for Aliens, assign posts and strategic plans based on what area is controlled by who, then use series of ambush attacks from my fellow Aliens to wipe them out. The I quickly do a scan of the area while the Aliens retreat to the main base, or "Hive", so that while the marines look they cannot be found. I quickly establish different ways into the areas I am scoping, setting up new plans of attack based on where they position themselves and try and wait. Then, we wipe them out again using the newly developed routes, and then are able to travel throughout the map, efficiently killing off the enemies as they try to recover.
