The most possible outcome would be just a simple sequence of passage of time, with a now Elder Greyback observing CH stalking the cityscape of LA, which brings memories of how the Comanche tribe he hunted also had a manhood hunt ritual, which his own pupil is now doing. A respectful nod to the second film, but not much else I think.
