How will Blomkamp achieve making the Alien scary again?

I think there were some instances when they frightening. The showroom moment sticks out in my mind.

New form of the Xeno, new life cycle introduced or alien homeworld still with something new is/are needed. We fear the uknown, and that was the alien thorugh out 2 movies. No one expected facehuggers, chestbursters, a giant killer bug transformed from a worm or a big ass intelligent alien queen.
