But at the same time, Predators are enough like us that they should have boobs and hips. That's just what ladies have.

No, that's what mammalian, very human females have. Just because something's bipedal doesn't mean it's one and the same. One could easily make a case for their scaled skin and (alleged) preference for heat, meaning that they've got more in common with reptiles.
