it's not confirmed Robocop it's going to be a remake and it doesn't bothers if it were as long as it has the same spirit as the first one but with a different plot.

It bothers me because it will never be as good as the Bruce Lee one. It's also his last film and calling card. In a way it's saying he wasn't good enough

Kurt Sutter is remaking the film as a noir-style thriller in 2009 or 2010.
