Expect a TEASER with STAR WARS

It only makes sense to me that FOX will tease ALIEN 5 and/or PROMETHEUS 2 with STAR WARS. Even if its just a short one like that initial ALIEN 3 teaser that lied to everyone.

It should trick us into thinking we're seeing the opening of the SW film.   A ship flying through space or landing on a strange planet.  Then surprise us with a shot of an Alien.  Something like that.

If Prometheus 2 is filming in January, Christmas is not too early for a teaser. And ALIEN 5 is already in pre pro... Neither is inconceivable, but then again, we will be getting a new Star Wars every year now, so... There is more for them to tac it onto.

Way too early for anything in a cinema. They will have nothing to show until March or April. Besides, teasers like the Alien 3 one are a thing of the past. We now get teaser trailers. That will be the first we see of these films.

Disney owns Star Wars and Fox only has the distribution rights to A New Hope. It's possible but not likely.

It's way too soon for anything like a teaser. I still don't even believe that Prometheus 2 production begins in January, not until Scott actually says so himself. And who even knows if this Blomkamp thing winds up actually happening.

Prometheus 2 doesn't even begin filming until next year, and Aliens isn't happening until after that. Be kinda hard to make a teaser with no footage.

But I don't really expect anything unless it's something like this or the Alien 3 egg teaser. Definitely no actual footage because there's been none shot.

That's from the same year AVP came out, though. Considering Blomkamp's movie seems to be at least a couple of years away, it's way too early to start building the hype-train.

Maybe you guys haven't been keeping up on current events but Blomkamp released a short Alien 5 teaser earlier today giving us a good look at his take on the classic chestburster. It's scary shit, so not for sensitive viewers.
