    I played the game. There where a lot of hybrids. But thats just a game. I was just walking around in the game and there where dogs with chestbuster holes.    :)     :)     ;D     8)     :o     :-\

    hmmm Godzilla vs AvP-R. It is a mystery what the other hybrid is? if there is another one, but seeing how the bros. are always on about goin back to the roots and alien 3 was mentioned by colin, the dog-alien mite be a possibilty?    :D    Rock On!

      ???  I don't know if there are any runners in AvP2 ?Remember that there are 2 hybrids in AvP2, the Predalien and the other one is still a mystry to all of us. I wonder if the Runner will make a comeback to the big screen. But hay, there might be a new hybrid besides the Predalien and Runner in AvP2.You never know what the brothers will think of next everyone.The next NEW hybrid might be in AvP2.   ;D     ;)     8)     :o

    More hybrids = more money. As simple as that. As far as we now we only have xenos and predators so we have runned out of   posibble combinations...Wait...Prednewborn! I am sure our friends at ADI would like to use that old mold again and put some extra mandibles and peckles.

    Yeh it wud b gud if we have another hybrid in the movie hopefully a dog-alien (runner) but a new hybrid would be cool aswell, im sure strause have something up their sleeve lol.  Which interview did strause bros. say there are two hybrids? if anyone has a link to the that interview I would be most happy!!    :D

    I would love to see some new hybrids, in the Avp Mame game, there are lots of new hybrids, in the comics as well, so, I don't see the reason why the movie can't contain at least 1 or 2 new hybrids, I would love especially a runner. But the most, I would like to see a NewBorn, but, since the only time we see him is in the future, I don't think so, but I would like to see how he reproduce, I think he can use aliens as host, because, obviously he is a rogue alien.

    Deco:Ya,i'd love to tell you,but as you said,i need to finish it and copyright it.Right now i'm just working on the people and the town,i have'nt done any scene's yet(but i have many good  ideas),but without the people its just friday night wrestling with nothing to get excited about.     I think she's stabbed when she fights the Predator on the roof, when the predator stabs her with his wristblades, I think that's the reason the predalien has yellow blood on her

    There is a new hybrid in the movie? I don't think so, I haven't heard about it so far,and in the trailer, the only new thing is the Predalien, if there was a new hybrid, I think it would have appeared  in the trailer, even if it was only for a couple of seconds.

    ZEN  Good stuff, I hope it works out for you. Perhaps when it is finsihed and after you have it copyright, you can tell us what it is about :-)  I doubt there will be a second hybrid in the movie.  Has no-one else noticed that of all the pictures we have gotten so far, we havent yet seen a good solid picture of the Predators face other than the action figure pics.

    Like I said, there is no such thing as a "pure" alien. They are all hybrids. The praetorian is like a young queen, or a drone who is molting into a queen. Anyway, the aliens are all hybrids, except for the facehuggers.

    It would be useful for the aliens to have runners guarding the hospital hive , while hive aliens construct and take care of the queens needs. Let the queen finish the reproductive cycle, then branch out.

      ;D  The Predalien looks like he is about to fight a human or Predator for the first time. I wonder when they play the birth of the hybrid again will they change the look of the Hybrid Chestburst? I agree the Predalien looks like a Predator has stabed him in the back of the head with a spear or rist blades.

    Yes it was. But, i've got a question, why won't we see a runner in this film? There has to be dogs or other animals in the woods or the city. It would have been interesting to put drones and the runners in the same movie.

    I remember first seeing A3, and wondering how something so big could have been in that dog. That was no chestburster, that thing was almost the size of the dog, and had legs and arms already. It basically exploded the dog.

    Continuation of comment # 39:The aliens in AVP had a smooth dome over its skull to protect it from the cold.Theres a worm that lives in -10*F temps but as with all life on Earth if it gets too cold then it will freaze to death.so in hotter enviroments the alien does'nt need that extra chiton to keep it warm,therefor it can move faster(To me the aliens in AVP seemed a tiny bit slow compared to the ones from A2). As i said befor,please dont get mad at me if my theory does'nt sound good or if i left something out by mistake,i'm just trying to come up with a theory that makes everyone happy.

    Well, Runners, like most of the aliens, will always look different, byt in order for runer to appear the host must be a big enough 4 leged creature( dog, tiger...). All the aliens in resurections were not the real aliens       ;D   half aliens half humans (i'am not about newborn), thats why there were so smart.   but I dont like this alien kind  maybe the shape of alien head depends on human DNA     ;D   everesing is possible.

    The reason the alien changed in movies like the heads etc because it was just artistic differences between the directors! dont forget all the alien films have been directed and written by different people! i think fans just think too much into things! but that is a good thing i suppose...lol   Rock On!   :D

    The runners host was a 'dog' because that was in the final cut of the film and it makes more sense! they stuck with the dog and not the the ox because people will 'feel' more for a dog than an ox.  Rock On!

    I think the main reason for the different heads, is of the maturity of the alien, and the one from Sulaco, had the smoth head probably because it wasn't fully grown. I'm not sure about the theory that they had smoth heads because there wasn't a queen around, and they didn't became soldier aliens. Then, how come the aliens from Alien 4 didn't have the same heads like the ones from Aliens? They had a hive and a queen.

    If it's true that the aliens were created by the Space Jokeys, then it means that those eggs came from something, and that something must have been a "pure" alien, I think. I there was a "pure" alien, but after that, there were only hybrids. By the way, the facehugger isn't a parasite, because, he doesn't depend on the host. The chestburster, I agree to be a parasite, because it can't live without a host, but, I think, when a facehugger "grabs" a human, the human becomes, a little like a parasite, because, a human once hugged by the facehugger, will die if it will be removed

    The pred-alien on the cover looks okay a bit mean! really hope they have some good info and new pics maybe of the human chracters and some of the locations in gunnison...that would be cool!  Rock On!

An alien would have to impregnate an alien I guess  _____________________________________  Good question but there is no 'pure' alien. Aliens dont reproduce like humans. The Facehugger is parasite the alien require 'hosts' they do not give birth like humans or mamals do.  Hope that anwers your question.   P.S a facehugger would never 'facehug' its own race lol so an alien would never be facehugged lol
