I'm pretty sure there is not official statement regarding budget.

I would imagine that Black could obtain a good budget for this movie but that is a very large figure.

150 million is simply unrealistic for this kind of movie, i'm a fan and even i would not budget a Predator movie around that number if i want to make a profit... and in the end of the day, that's what it's all about.

Around 60 million is more than enough to make a really cool Predator movie with good action and production value, it would be the highest budget a Predator flick has ever had too.
