Well it would have tied into Silent Hills somehow but I guess we'll never know now. Never played the Silent Hill games but I feel for those that do because this was all sounding and looking very promising with Kojima and Del Toro involved. Anyway I still haven't even managed to finish  P.T bcause i get too petrified and have to quit haha.

Wednesday will be the last day to download it as its license will expire from PSN tomorrow.

Ahh this just pisses me off as a PS guy right from the first console back in the mid 90s. Playstation was always behind Konami games, i hate when he goes over to "the darkside" and betrays us all Its kind of like William Wallace when he gets betrayed in the movie by Robert Bruce. (yes, im joking guys.)

It is annoying though this game looked ace and now i wont get to play it.

Rumor also has it that Koonami most likely sold the whole Silent Hill IP to MS. We should fine out behind the rumor before E3 or later.

I doubt they'd spend millions on an ip and further development when the return probably wouldn't come close to meeting it.

Would be great, however, if a spiritual successor silent hill game is put on kickstarter, ala Bloodstained Ritual of the Night. That's what I dream for, anyway.

Forgotten Memories was recently released and it's based on the Silent Hill series, there's also a few new games coming out as well based on SH (Tears of Pain, Nowhere 01).

Maybe they scrap Silent Hills because they didn't think it will sell well. Didn't the last few Silent Hill games sold poorly? I always been told that the series jump the shark after the second or third game.

I would agree Hellspawn if not PT which was widely popular and brought life to the series unlike the games after SH3
