Earlier yesterday (It's practically Tuesday already where I am) I had something of an anger attack. It should be anxiety but I feel anger instead. For those who don't know, I have been battling depression as of lately, but I've also got anger management issues. But as of lately, I've been getting flare ups of rage, sometimes for no real reason whatsoever. I get jittery.. I pace back and forth.. I shake or clench my hands but yesterday it was BAD. Really BAD.
I had to go out.. take a walk. I felt this tightness in my chest and this.. really bad feeling like I wanted to throw up. Had trouble breathing. I felt a lot of anger. A lot of resentment. I wanted to scream and just.. drop down onto my knees. Instead.. I called up a friend who had to guide me with breathing, she talked me into calming down.
I'm doing fine now just.. I never felt like THAT.. I know I'm short fused but that was the WORST I've been.
