Brigg's script/ideas used in AvP: R?

I remember reading a post where someone said that some of the ideas for AvP: R were pulled from Peter Brigg's first AvP script?

Anyone care to elaborate and reveal what ideas were taken from his script and put into the film? Because I don't see any?

Some elements are vaguely similar - Aliens in the sewer, helicopter crash following an explosion - but nothing was really fully reused.
