ALIENS: Xenoverse?

So I was browsing around on DeviantArt and I had come across something... interesting. I can say that this was something I first thought to be fanart but upon reading the details from the submitter, this was a cover to a pitched project that was sent in to get approval from Twentieth Century Fox for a roleplaying game called ALIENS: Xenoverse. The company which had pitched this idea was called TSR Hobbies, LLC. The title.. is intriguing.

Is this something we don't know about?

And is TSR Hobbies a legit thing or is this some guy trying to pass off himself as a company?

A quick Google says it was the company who first created D&D and went defunct in the late 90s. However, I also found this: https://www.facebook.com/tsrhobbiesllc I've dropped them a message.

Well, as he's quick to point out on the nigh-vacant facebook page, he has nothing to do with the TSR of yore, and makes it sound as though he's gone through no official channels to procure the usage of the name or his facsimile of the old logo. Based on what I've seen, I'm leaning strongly towards "some guy trying to pass himself off as a company", but I could be wrong.
