Ironically, the biggest action star of the film gives the rights out, but the lesser folk (by comparison to Schwartzeneggar) get left behind? Geez, you'd think they'd want the money. I know that they're not the only party involved, but I can't fathom why any actor or agent or film studio wouldn't want the opportunity to not only immortalize a known character into toy form but also get money to do so. Sad part is, no agreement means no one gets any money and no collectors get the privilege of having that character.
