Alien: Covenant’s Blu-ray release is still two weeks off so we’re still going to have to wait a little while before we can watch the special features. If you need a little something to tide you over until then, The Hollywood Reporter has you covered!
“Heat Vision has an exclusive extended scene from the Alien: Covenant blu-ray, which shows David leading the group of human survivors back to his stronghold. Along the way, they see the corpses of Engineers he killed a decade earlier. It’s one of 90 minutes of bonus features included on the Ridley Scott film’s home entertainment release. “
Crossing the Plaza, the above extended scene, is one of several scenes that make up 18 minutes worth of alternate footage that will be included on the Blu-ray when it is released in the States on the 15th of August. If you can’t wait until the 15th, 20th Century Fox are released the film via digital download tomorrow.
