AvP Evolution is a 2013 game developed by Angry Mob Games and published by FOX Digital Entertainment for IOS and Android mobile platforms. Angry Mob Games previously developed the Predators mobile game. AvP Evolution received mixed to negative reviews upon its release.
On a distant planet, the Predators have built a temple to serve as a training ground for new Predator warriors. It’s here that they must face fearsome creatures with violent and deadly survival instincts – the Aliens. When a young Predator warrior enters the temple to prove himself, a disturbing truth comes to light, leading to the Alien Queen’s enslavement and the beginning of a brutal battle.
Developed by Angry Mob Games (Guerrilla Bob, Muffin Knight and PREDATORS), AVP EVOLUTION offers a compelling gaming experience that draws players deeper into the universe of the Alien and Predator mythology. Built using the powerful Unity engine, AVP EVOLUTION features visually rich 3D environments, detailed character models, and advanced lighting effects.

PocketGamer gave it 1.5/5: “As third-person brawler featuring unrecognisable characters, AVP: Evolution would be underwhelming. As a licensed product featuring two of the finest killers the human imagination has ever produced, it’s insulting.” RidgeTop of AvPGalaxy gave it a more positive 3.5/5 praising the graphics and environments but said it was buggy: “Overall, I had some good fun with Alien vs. Predator: Evolution and I’d recommend it to any fan. It was made with respect for the source material and is a nice little addition to the universe. It features tributes to all of the films, and there were plenty of interesting moments.”
