What happened to "Disney will ruin everything" and so on and so forth. Fox was ABSOLUTELY the problem with this franchise, I think poor Robert Rodriguez can attest to that as well. In fox's defense though I don't think the studio was why The Predator was such a disaster, I think the studio was trying to clean up the disaster that Black had made (predators in U.S. military uniforms) of the movie but they did make the decision to hand Black come in and.....do what he does to franchises these days.
Anyway I'm really glad this movie is doing so well and who knows maybe we will get more period piece Predator movies down the line.
