I don't know. I haven't had any problems with Scar's face until it was pointed by somebody else. Only thing that i noticed that his eyes look a bit too human but it worked for me 'cause movie tried to present him as likeable dude. I don't know, maybe it 'cause i'll always have soft spot for AVP 2004 in my heart in generall (have i said it was first movie in both franchises i've ever seen?)
The same with Wolf. First time i saw him without mask i just thought that he looking badass as hell (these huge mandibles, you know) And i like him unmasked in crashlanded ship scene.
Maybe it's all about personal tastes and preferences.
