Yesterday saw the release of The Predator on home release in the United States. To help promote the release the Predator has been making some guest appearances in various places!

First up we have a new video from geek outlet Nerdist. Tracking down some lost equipment, a Predator crashes the Nerdist office Christmas party.

Holiday parties can be a bore, but Team Nerdist’s never are. This year a very special party crasher pays them a visit and causes absolute mayhem. How will Team Nerdist fair against The Predator? Watch the newest Team Nerdist to find out!

A Predator also made an appearance on NFL on Fox to help Jimmy Johnson and Terry Bradshaw out.

For those of the Alien vs. Predator Galaxy community who live in the States, The Predator is now available to pick up on DVD and Blu-ray. Those of us in the UK will have to wait until January 28th.

Keep checking in with Alien vs. Predator Galaxy for the latest on The Predator! You can follow us on FacebookTwitter, Instagram and YouTube to get the latest on your social media walls. You can also join in with fellow Alien and Predator fans on our forums!

I'm really surprised with all the promotion "The Predator" has been getting on Home Video. A Comedy Central Holiday Special?  An appearance with commentators for the highest rated sport in the United States?  I thought with the lukewarm box office reception "The Predator" would be released with little-to-no fanfare.  This is actually all pretty cool.

There must be some potentially big streams of home video revenue that Fox is targeting that is above the vision of us armchair film economists.

Like how they used Jungle Hunter, but heat vision doesn't work without the mask.
