Does Empire just publish in the UK?

There used to be an Australian one, but I remember it being a bit shit compared to the UK one.

Over here you can pay through the nose for the most up to date issue, or wait a month and get it cheaper.  Or at least that used to be the case 20 years ago when I bought Empire.
