No it's just not exactly what certain fans wanted (to be fair when I saw the ending I knew half the fandom would probably implode but I still found the film enjoyable). As for the EU, Titan will still publish novels and Dark Horse will still publish comics as long as they have the license rights to do so.

At this point I'm happy that studio was sold off, it's become incapable. Hopefully we get a Marvel run franchise instead of a Star Wars type run one. Goodbye Fox, thx for a few great movies. But we're no longer in the late 80's-early 90's, movies need better dialogue, script and acting nowadays.

The movie has tanked. There will be no demand for Predator material anymore. That is why.

The movie came out like 48 hours ago, it has far from "tanked".

AVP EU has always been the one with least books and comics. The games make up for it though. But we had the Rage War and Life and Death not too long ago. Could have more.

Yes.  There hasn't been any new AvP since Life & Death wrapped nearly 18 months ago, and none on the horizon as far as I've heard.

We are definitely getting another Predator Anthology. Would love new Predator original novels as well.

I've been bugging Rebellion on Twitter to make an AvP game for 2020, so that they'll have released an AvP game every 10 years for the past two decades.
