There is few different shots in the italian teaser. Notably the targeting dots on Lynch's face

I got a feel that that shot of the laser targeting Lynch's face is a nice nod to Bill Duke's death in the original. It's like he's aiming somewhere dead sure that the Predator is there, but then the laser targets him from a different direction.
