possibility of viral marketing shorts?

Since The Predator is getting the big budget treatment like the last few Alien films. and is apparently getting the whole nine yards (ie: novelization, prequel novel, coffee-table art book, etc) do you think there's going to be a wave of viral marketing short films like Prometheus and Covenant had?

We've no precedence with Predator movies but Fox have certainly done them in the past (obvs!) so I wouldn't rule it out!

I would say most likely not too much. Scott's son, Luke did pretty much all the little viral shorts for both Alien and Blade Runner, so it seems to be more of a Scott thing than a marketing thing. But who knows. It depends how much they want to put into this.

Generally you start with the more viral stuff and then go into the conventional trailers. I'd say we're too close at this point to do that.
