How to MOD a Predator Vision

I need help in creating a MOD about the Predator Vision.. I've downloaded the required programs for modding. How can you mod a Predator Vision (just like in the attached photo) including with sounds? And Also changing the distraction dialogs? How can these be modded? Can anyone lend a hand?

To fully edit the visions... you'll need to edit the actual map (think it was starlight views or something)


Not as easy even for this game, you could always change the dtx files though to another colour but the actual visions will remain the same (Colour wise)
