I think this may be an instance where keeping the TPB, as well, is a good idea. I am under the impression that the 'original pitch' content from the Trade is not included here.

No real evidence beyond there being no mention of it in the books description. The page count is 120 which is only 16 pages more than the trade but one of the features for this release is the uncoloured art. Which I would imagine will easily take up that 16 pages. It talks like it includes a lot.

Just an assumption really. Be nice if it is inclusive of everything.
