It's a tough list to make, there are so many good movies. The top 4 that come to mind straight away for me are:

1.) Predator
2.) Aliens
3.) Terminator 2
4.) Die Hard

Obviously there are a lot more, probably better movies too, but those ones are old time favorites and never get old

There is no such thing as a top anything but to give it a shot...

1 - Aliens
2 - Return of the Jedi
3 - Terminator 2
4 - Space balls
5 - Disney's Aladdin
6 - yea this is getting pointless. However I totally just have fond memories of those movies. How to explain it, I can remember the feeling of watching them from an almost 3rd person perceptive. If that makes any sense. That's why I considered them to be high on the list. However Alien and Predator are in the same group, I just don't like them as much.

Oh and yea I grew up in the 80's and the shit you watch as a kid has a tremendous impact via nostalgia.

Yeah? Here's my list

1. The Thing
2. Armour of God
3. Pitch Black
4. Into the White
5. Filth
6. Evil Dead 2
7. Predator 2
8. Law with Two Phases
9. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
10. Dark Knight Returns

And did I mention that The Thing is my favorite? ;D

EDIT It's too hard to pick only ten, cause there are more movies I like the same as my top 10.
Such as:

Halloween, Tremors, Escape from NY, In China they Eat Dogs, Project A,  Aliens, Terminator 2, Eastern Condors, Righting Wrongs, Assault On Precinct 13, My Lucky Stars, Mr. Vampire, Pom Pom, Pusher, Bleeder and many more... I should stop. It's also strange no one mentioned Blade Runner!

EDIT 2
I want to open another 10 accounts here, and post another 100 movies as different users. It's crazy.
