The Suicide Squad

Loved about 99.9% of the movie. Might be my second favorite DCEU movie after Aquaman.

Fear Street 1666 (2.75/10)
The weakest of the three but still a solid trilogy!

Suicide squad 2021 (4/5)
This was a fun movie and Weasels design was horrifying ha. I could've done without the whole Harley Quinn and President scenes..

Serpico

I love how 70s crime movies always make everything look so dirty. Really enhances the vibe.

Eraser (1996)
Not bad but not great either.

Always thought of that as the last of the oldschool R-rated action blockbusters.

For a long time it was the only Arnie movie I owned, so it's always held a special place for me. "You're luggage..."

Batman: The Long Halloween

Watched parts 1 & 2 back to back. It's great, although the animation style reminds me a bit too much of Archer. Not quite what you want with the dark knight. Still, it's a great adaptation of a great book, and it's modified just enough that I wasn't quite sure what wouldn't would stay the same as the source material.

Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning
Rurouni Kenshin: The Final

Good story, visually pleasing, and great swordsmanship!  Both are on Netflix.

The Suicide Squad

Honestly, I think it might have even topped Aquaman for me. Though Fishboy will always have his very special place in my heart. ❤

As far as the DCEU movies I've seen go, I'd probably rank them as follows:

The Suicide Squad
Aquaman
Birds of Prey
Shazam

(big gap)
Wonder Woman
(big gap)
Man of Steel
Suicide Squad

I couldn't even finish watching Birds of Prey.

Birds of Prey felt to me like a Deadpool movie, if the Deadpool movies had any sense of style or fun to them.

It is. But I always felt it missed something. As there's something off about it. Can't put my finger on it.
Maybe it's because it's sorta an 80's movie that looks modern. Don't know.

Arnie was in primo shape though. He deserved (and still deserves) better.
