Actually, I thought about both the modular and "functionally best with means available through different vendors things" before i posted initially and for ships again it probably wouldn't be an issue, but it really doesn't track at all
for a space station with "thousands" of people on it at all, especially if the Sevastopol is supposed to be a commercial pass through. It simply doesn't work. Space station with triple or quadruple Nostromo's area with 30 or 50 people with/and assorted droids?
Sure. Actually makes sense. What CA has described the station as being so far?
Not even kinda remotely, unless again all we've seen is YOUR ship or another docked with the station itself. (All the glamor shots have WY logos so that somewhat tracks)
They've actually rather clearly shown the bridge (a bridge), and it's identical. Again this could be your ship or another ship, maybe the ship that recovered the black box to begin with, but it sure as hell doesn't look like any kind command center designed to control the logistics of "thousands" of people on a "trading station".
Everything we've seen so far simply looks exactly like the Nostromo with some double wide sections (for through traffic, one assumes).
