What keeps killing me?

i dont have any perks that causes me to die by some DOT

There is a perk, I forgot which, but if you take enough damage you slowly die no matter what. I think it is something along the lines of sudden boost of strength or health.

The xeno soldier trait "rage" gives an extra boost of health upon receiving fatal damage. You will still die after it wears off or if you take enough extra damage, whichever comes first.

Yeah you gotta read the fine print of "rage" it's not worth it at all cause you get a little extra life but your still an easy kill but heavy strike is damn near of a one hit kill, I'd focus on getting bloodlust first time I used it I was like;
