Dunno if anyone's joking but the size actaully looks right for a change.

Yeah, I was being sarcastic because of our tendencies to complain about everything.

Personally I think the Warriors are fine. They removed the sail tails, they looks the right size, and they move right (but animations still need polishing)

Will someone translate?

i could give it a shot, but i'd expect the same information told a different way again.

ikarop

No worries about the translation. Spanish is my first language.

There's only a few new bits of info in there. Nothing major.

Hi all,

I'm the author of this article--something that might be hard to prove, since Edge doesn't attach author names to its articles, but I have the war wounds to prove it.

Didn't see this thread until a few weeks after publication, but thought I'd clarify: none of those screens were representative of the demo that I was shown at Gearbox's studios back in March. You find me an Xbox 360 game with textures that high-res and I'll show you a very well hidden, high-end PC.

Thanks for reading. Cheers -SM

Most video game promotional pictures are created on the PC using the game engine and assets with higher texture and some photoshop tweaks. So most of these screens are probably not representing actual gameplay screenshots. They're just beauty shots for marketing. Frankly I would rather them use actual in game screengrabs since most of these promotional pics look very flat.

Chris!(($$))!

^I agree. It should be of no surprise that the game companies do this.
