I'm not sure it would even be very useful now.
It's almost one year late and everytime I check AVP2010, there aren't many server with people.
At least, it doesn't exceed 10 - 15 server and most are almost empty.
To finish, A:CM is about to be release soon and works with the Unreal Engine (modified version) which will be much more accessible for modders than the engine Rebellion used I guess.
So in terms of possibilities I bet that even if Rebellion publish the SDK most modders will prefer to move on A:CM for the possibilities it offers.
But you're right, people like Ikarop, MoonerSK and others need to be thanks.
