Sounds very 2001.

Maybe the Monolith looking poster that we saw earlier will rise from the ground and evolve the chestbursters into full-grown Aliens :D

Or, just thought it was boring and weird.

I "get", say, Eraserhead. I still think it's a load of pretentious, boring shit.

Could it be the jockeys showing the humans how they were created?

Tree of Life was absolutely profound. It was transcendent and spiritual. A perfect film.

“If one is afraid of nature in this profession then it would be best to find a different job" - Ridley Scott

This man pisses on the face of danger. Duke Nukem who?

I'm gonna guess it has to do with the (I forgot if it was found fake) plot theory that Jockies created "humans."  Maybe they started life from the beginning of Earth.

Jockey-Jesuses.

I just have to say it, sorry: It does sounds like 2001!
Could this film be the next 2001? No, but maybe somehow close or even better.

at the end, maybe the leaked plot wasn't really that fake at all? the pieces are fitting well into the puzzle.
