Yeah this has lost the spark of the first series. Sure Danny Mays is good, but he's no replacement for Rutger Hauer. Also they are relying more on the fantasy stuff than the first series did

Still hits me in the feels. Very serious way to end the show, but it's so utterly well written and acted that it feels almost real.

Knightfall - Jeremy Renner produced Kinghts Templar romp. It's a bit like the History Channel's answer to Underworld - really pompous dialogue some great acting along side some hammy acting... poorly structured but still gobs of fun.

Or think of it as Game of Thrones' poor cousin that turns up and everyone knows its there cos its skint and needs a "loan".

Watched the first 5 episodes and wow .... ultraviolence, very racy too! Some stories are really out there and I'm loving the whole anthology and differing styles too. My favourite so far is Suits (Giant Mech farmers taking on bug invasions. It's Aliens meets Starship Troopers on the ranch).

Currently in the middle of Star Trek Discovery Season One, and seeing Rainn Wilson as Fenton Mudd was awesome. The episode in particular was legit Groundhog Day in space.

I think they essentially split Season 7 in two so we had half then and the Season 8 could be extended

Watched the first one - pretty good. I'll go again this evening...
