Randy/NECA have been purposefully misleading before, that and deals can change to allow them rights to things they once said they weren't able to do.

The Alien/Pred lines are (arguably) their strongest sellers, so I think they'll do what ever they can to get them to last

Yeah I could see it going either way with Linn. She's the only character in the game who was 100% created by Capcom rather than a variation of a character or creature from the movies, so it makes sense that Capcom and not Fox would retain the rights to her. But then like Joker said, deals have been done for things like that before, and the Predator line is definitely one that'd be worth trying to make it happen for, especially if the rest of these AVP arcade figures do well. The question is whether NECA would consider it worthwhile to try and make that deal if the opportunity arose.

F&CK YEAH!  :o Finally Neca dared and got the rights to make Schaeffer! Hell yeah! Avp beat´m up is IMHO the best game based on the comic, now if Neca could secure the rights to make Linn Kurosawa I´ll be in heaven.

Nice. I really need to pick up the ultimate Jungle and City Hunters at some point. They both look excellent.
