Looking for a flamethrower skin...

A long time ago I had a skin that made the Flamethrower shoot a blue flame instead of a yellow one. It was awesome. I can't remember where I got it, and I can't find it (it's not on avpfiles.com - funnily enough there is a flamethrower skin called 'blue flame' that is completely unrelated, doesn't change the flame colour. )

Does anyone have this skin?

i've seen that, but it was in a mod tho....  and im sure it's on avp2files just in one of the mods.....
