Some info about promos for the set:

There will be several different promo cards available for AVP-R, including a general distribution promo card that should be out very soon via Inkworks retailers and distributors, another card will be inserted into the next issue of Non-Sport Update (Golden Compass on the cover), there will also be an offer for a free card on the Inkworks website when we get closer to the product release date.

According to PlanetAvP - this wasn't in the release I recived - AvPR cards will dished out at the upcoming LA Comic Con. I'm just checking back with Inkworks to see if this is true.
