While in my impatient wait for avp3 i downloaded the avp2 multiplayer demo  Does anyone still play the Multiplayer demo? Lol ive tried looking for games and such and none have showed. Just wondering

Therefore, there's no more officially supported multiplayer for AvP2.

As far as I know there aren't any demo servers now. You can always get the full version.
