LationReview.com says Brett Ratner hasn't been offered the gig directing the 'Conan' movie, as reported yesterday by Dread Central. Ratner is just one of many directors the producers of the film have met with.

Other names include Neil Marshall, James McTeigue, The Strause Brothers, Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, Robert Rodriguez and Juan Carlos Fresnadillo.

According to their report, Rodriguez really wants the gig, but already had a full plate and may not be able to move with the producers' time-table.

I don't trust them anymore.
I like a lot Conan the Barbarian but I don't see any future for this franchise.
Maybe i'm wrong... or maybe not.
We should just warn the Conan community fan about our experience and relations with the BS as Alien & Predator fans.
If only they got the job, i hope they will not get it.
