Race?
More like "SPECIES".
I always figured that the term "Race" was a simplified version of "Sub-Species", or sub-category of a species, in which two or more that are closely enough related to produce fertile heterozygote offspring, but also can be easily be broken down into their own distinct groups.
The differences between the groups are consistent differences in genetics and phenotype, generally due to ancestral geographic issolation from eachother.
Good examples of Race (or Sub Species) outside of the human species would be the Asiatic Lion and the African Cape Lion. Both closely related enough to make fertile offspring, yet genetically different enough to deserve their own grouping and genetic preservation in captivity via stud books and other careful breeding records.
All that is fine and dandy, but further complicating the argument is that fact that the ALIEN, PREDATOR, and HUMAN all geared toward different things.
Superiority is a subjective term.
What criteria are we basing this off of?
If it is literature and a rich variety of culture, or the compassion of the less fortunate, then humans win hands down.
If it skill in hunting, then the Predator is obviously the best at this.
If it is absolute survival, well then the Alien takes the cake.
