By now...all of you have heard of the New JJ Abrams movie coming out this Jan and we all know about the new AVP film that is set for release in Christmas Day. From all the hype and talk, what do you think?
Well since there is not even any hype for AVP2 at all, Cloverfield wins this one.
Yeah...they have a trailer too...lol..and that movie doesn't open until Jan...
Currently I'm more hyped about The Dark Knight than any of those movies.

Im a little more hyped for AVP 2 more than this other movie. The other one looks good and it may very well be awesome, but A/P are my favorite franchises and i want to see more of them.

Dark Knight FTW!
Considering how the studio is treating AvP2, maybe even some of the fans... Cloverfield is the more intresting movie for the time being since the studio has kept their lips tight, but revealed some clues for the fans to speculate.
Where as AvP2: Requim/Survival of the Fittest/Whatever Last Minute title Fox gives us, has little to no hype at all.
I'm just as shocked as I even heard that.

AVP2 = 0 hype other than this forum.
Cloverfield = Huge amounts of hype, viral campaigns, hell, people in the 50 plus demographic are invested.
Batman = c'mon, he's the goddamn batman.
I have to go with the Batman as well...
Dark Knight...oh wait, there's a new Alien vs Predator movie? First I heard of that...Dark Knight.
Avp2 is the only movie im hyped about at the moment, that cloverfield flick is small ,really . Even smaller than Avp2. Dark knight is actually cool , but i know i wont follow it as tight as with this one

Giant Monsters = Cooler than Aliens and Predators IMO.

To be completely honest I'm not too excited about Cloverfield. TDK however is gonna be wicked, but as of now I'm waiting for one thing only: AsVP. I'm eager to see the two creatures again, even more so than I am to see Batman. (I can't believe I just typed that sentence...)
I am pretty excited about all 3...yes, I lean toward AVP..I also am a big fan of batman...cloverfield or what ever the dam name is I can wait on...but I like to see it..
There has been no hype for AVP 2...Cloverfield is targeting a wider spectrum of the movie going audience compared to AVP2 and JJ Abrams is pretty shrewd...Supposedly Fox has the best marketing unit in the business, we will see what they come up with.
Whatever the new film ends up being called, my interest for it went massively down, as soon as I saw the poster with the giant shadow cast over the city. The monster was being referred to as a completely new design, something never before seen, yet that showed it as disappointingly humanoid.
The Predalien is our film's Ace in the proverbial hole. If it looks any good... :)

it's obvious the popular hype is with J.J.'s project, but I'm way more hyped for Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem!! ;)
Can't wait to see them creatures again in the big screen!!
Where was I ;D Well on the internet like everybody else, i guess i just visit the wrong websites to have noticed the movie. I'm not a big movie fanatic, i mostly visit football and music sites. Looks exciting though!
