Is it possible for anyone in "Movie-land", (HOLLYWOOD), to ever come up with something, bigger,badder ,and better than the Alien, or Predator. Is that even possible? And if so, when can we expect it?

Nope, impossible.

Alien is the ultimate killer, predator is the ultimate hunter.

Even if you made a species "stronger" than aliens and predators, aliens and predators would still be better just because they're aliens and predators.

You are talking about the scifi genre only? Anyway, never say never, although Alien and Predator are very hard to top!
