Does anyone like this Band. I'm a big fan of Disturbed and I just listen to there new songs on Myspace and it awesome. I can't wait for there new CD to come out.
Yeah big disturbed fan. New album is gonna be good.
Their cover of "Land of Confusion" sucks ass. Pretty much all I know 'bout 'em.
I think they sound very samey, I can put on an album and if I'm not paying attention I easy lose track of which song I'm actually listening to. That being said I still enjoy listening to them because I find them very accessible and easy to get into.
Disturbed kicks ass!

McFarlane is awesome!
I love this band though. "Indestructible" looks to be awesome. Album art is great too.
I adore disturbed, they are my favourite band, saw them a few years back in london and David Draimen Called me a Crazy Muthafuka.....lol i cheered my nut off.
land of confusion was a great cover and the entire Sickness album rocks.
haevtn heard any of the latest stuff but i will have to check it out now.
One of the few bands that only gets better over time. In my opinion each new record is better than the last. So, yeah the kick ass.
I've have 10000 fists, I really like it, as Porkus Maximus said, it can get a little repetitive, but they kickass!.
I freaking love Disturbed. For anyone that didn't know this, download the song Hell. It's from the Stricken single CD. Awesome song, one of their best.
they suck all new shit sucks
congratulations, you make me angry and smile at the same time.
Not a big fan, they're alright. I didn't really liked Land of Confusion, but I liked their remix of Shout.
Of what I've heard, Believe is my favorite song from them.
Interesting clip from their new album (http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=oXV1QqPFg5w)
I am Disturbed in a Land of Confusion with 10K Fists in the air. Now I will Liberate....Decandence blaaa blaaa.... :P
I like Disturbed, I have all of their albums. What got me into them was Draiman's voice. It's clearly different and separate from others.
^^ I agree. I especially like that he go from aggressive to soft so easily like he does in Stupify.
I absolutely love Disturbed.
And I love their new song: Inside the fire.

you know, this months edition of Guitar World had Dan Doneganon it's cover (recreating Edie's pose on the The Trooper single artwork). I read the interview and it kinda mede me apprediate the band more, I might be checking thir new CD.
PS: what Disturbed CD would you recommend me, besides Indestructible and 10,000 Fists. Thanx.

the sickness is a good one too
I love Disturbed, my all-time favourite band. David Draiman is such a vocal legend.
Indestructible comes out tomorrow in Australia, I already own all their other albums, so I can't wait for this one.
I'm gonna d/l that album before I buy it lol
I already download there new album on my IPOD.
I downloaded the new album and listening to Criminal right now...it's actually really good!
IGN give the new album a 5.5? ??? IGN sucks at reviews, the new album and it Disturbed best album to date.
I'm waiting for the review at allmusic.com
I bought INDESTRUCTIBLE yesterday, it's quite good, so is disturbed, but it's really not my favorite band.
I bought Indestructible today...I don't even have words for how awesome it is. Haunted is the most amazing song I have ever heard, & the album as a whole is their best yet in my opinion.
IGN are complete idiots, don't listen to a word they say.
the nu album kick ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! love it! lol listenin 2 it now
Indestructible, Inside the Fire, Perfect Insanity, Haunted are the best on there, I think 8)
Criminal is my fav song ATM. It's so badass.
Deceiver and Facade are awesome as well
Facade is good too I agree. It reminds a little of Overburdened from the 10K Fists album.
I like Disturbed my favorite songs are Remember, Stricken and Just stop I havent heard any new stuff yet
What...are...you...waiting...for...?
I dont know lol
LimeWire is your friend ;)
My friend LOVES Disturbed. I'm not a huge fan but I'll listen to some of their songs.

Which is exactly why I like them. They don't get too creative and screw up their sound.

Yeah but I'm already having to take so many off already. That's the problem.
I saw them live last night ;D It was great! Though Draiman's voice was noticeably different. I t wasn't as raspy as it sounds on the CDs.
Disturbed is the most amazin band that i know (no disrespect) they'r just fun 2 be around and amazin performers who bring it
all i have 2 say is im proud 2 be one of they'r fans, Street Team member and a Disturbed 1
all of the haters can keep their opinions 2 themselves
I'm listenin to Disturbed now. Awsome Band and kings of Metal/Rock. I like them better then most of the crap we get today.
I hear they might play in Baltimore this summer. I hope they still keep on making music since they want them to make one or two more ablums.
They are indeed touring. I was going to buy tickets to their performance here in Toronto, but apparently the arena they're playing in is terrible for venues :-\
Ive loved Disturbed ever since I heard"Down with the sickness" at the end of Dotd.
What's DotD?
Yeah, I like disturbed! It rocks! 8)

The former.
I won tickets to the Music as a Weapon 4 tour. I'll be seeing these guys tomorrow.
Along with Killswitch Engage, looking more forward to Killswitch though.
:'( wish I was you...never seen KSE live. I love their music though. Who else is on tour?
Disturbed
Killswitch
Lacuna Coil blech
Chimaira (sp)
And they have 6 or 7 other bands playing outside the venue all day prior to the main headlining bands.
Anyone interesting?
Bury Your Dead was pretty awesome when I saw them once. Good stage presence.
Screw Disturbed. I'd go just to see Killswitch and Christina Scabbia.
Disturbed is awesome, whatchu talkin about boi?
After seeing the Concert, I definitely enjoyed Disturbed the least.
Killswitch music had the crowd moving more, and seeing Disturbed live really reminded me why I don't like their music a whole lot. Including their fans.
Killswitch and Chimaira had a really dynamic stage presence, and the fans really fed on them. They got more people moshing and surfing than Disturbed.
And Scabbia is hot as f**k, and she's got a great voice.
Disturbed sounds fine musically live, but Draiman's voice definitely suffers. He doesn't have the gruff he does on albums.
They sound fine.
They're just not as dynamic.
Thrash shows are soooooooooooooooooooooooo much more satisfying.

I think their albums and songs are boring.
Aah. I have heard the complaint that they aren't advancing their music enough in terms of actual tunes but that's why I like their newer stuff. They haven't deviated away from what made them popular.
The only Disturbed song I like is their cover of Shout by Tears for Fears. I'd rather listen to the original, though.
Actually I do like the Genesis song they covered, I think it was "Land of Confusion".
A friend of mine claims to have tickets. I'm not sure he really does though.

New ablum coming out soon.
http://www.disturbed1.com/news/2010/04/21/asylum-the-new-album
Lyrically, it sounds like Ten Thousand Fists; just the way he described it. Still, I'm stoked!
First a new ablum from Godsmack then now this. I hear rumors of a July release date.
QuoteActually I do like the Genesis song they covered, I think it was "Land of Confusion".
Instrumentally it was decent, but you have to be a bit concerned when Phil Collins sounds like he has bigger balls than the lead singer of a metal band.
Love Disturbed's songs. Favourites being Indestructible, The Night, Down with the Sickness, Glass shatters and Stricken.
Any of you guys heard the track Hell? It was a title on the singles CD featuring Stricken, I think. Awesome song!

Indeed it was. Shame it was never a wider release though.
IMO ..Disturbed itself is kind of unrecognised...
How? They're viewed as one of the biggest names in metal today.
How recognised is metal in general though?
It's played on the radio, if that's what you mean.
Which radio? Metal is considered 'fringe' here, and I daresay it's the same elsewhere. It's just the fringe is large enough to sustain the industry in America and Europe. I reckon if you went and stopped 10 people on the street and asked them if they'd heard of a band called 'Disturbed', maybe one or two would say yes. Whereas if you asked them about Coldplay or something, you'd get at least seven or eight.
A band like Disturbed hasn't crossed over to the mainstream like a Metallica.

That would be generally true for the most territories, indeed, but I think in the USA it's slightly different, because there is a huge amount of mainstream / modern rock radio stations all over the country and the "metal" blended itself with mainstream a lot more than in other countries, similarly to how borders between alternative (i.e. not "metal") and mainstream music are blurred in the UK. But yeah, I generally agree, it's hardly Metallica standards in terms of popularity and I don't rate Disturbed if we're at it. Nevertheless, I think that when it comes to mainstream-quasi-metal, I think that from the crop of contemporary bands, Disturbed might be the "hottest" one, at least in the States. I mean their sales are still decent in the States (exceeding platinum status etc.) compared to the bands from the same genre that acutely declined, like Korn for example. That's not saying much, however.

Disturbed are definitely one of the most popular metal (metalish, at least) bands at the moment. They're definitely well known enough to turn a profit for a major record label. That already says a lot.

Here in Canada, they are very popular. Maybe they're bigger in the Western world, I don't know.

Australia IS the western world. Their airplay on mainstream Australian radio would be very, very low. Thankfully we have a decent community radio scene. In Melbourne at least.

The reason Disturbed isn't on the radio is that the mainstream radio stations are so biased towards current popular music trends that rock-oriented music isn't really viable in any form.
Pretty much. Here in Toronto, right now, all I hear is Rise Against, Three Days Grace, Nickelback, and MGMT. Good tunes sure, but it's all they play.

if you live in the right areas you can get kerrang, but on the whole analogue radio is dying out, there's loads of rock internet radio stations, and a couple DAB stations.

david's actually much better than corey!....his interaction at live concerts is awesome!...
i agree to the second part though!
Not even. Corey is a much better singer than Draiman because when he's on stage, Corey sounds like what he does on the CD. Draiman can barely gets his voice scratchy when he's performing live and the songs lose their intensity.

rahul didn't metion singing ability, but i agree corey is great live in both SK and SS, especially after he actually learnt to sing after Iowa.
Yeah, he said Iowa killed him. That was on a whole other level from their previous material. Stone Sour really lets him shine in the singing department because he's more melodic. Love "Through Glass" for that reason.

If you haven't already, go to D1.com & check out Disturbed's new song "Living After Midnight", a cover of a classic Judas Priest track. I can't get it out of my head lately.

anyone picked up the 10 year anniversarry re-release of the sickness? i got it the other day, awesome lenticular cover, and a cool couple of b-sides, and remastered audio, not that i'd really notice, not being an audio geek, but some people probably will.
Nah, already own it. Truthfully, I'm not nuts for it. The only songs I listen to from that album are Stupify, DwtS, and Shout.

it's awesome but it doesn't need a video, it's the kind of song that would be good if the vieo was just "live" concert footage.
i always think sons of plunder would make a good music video,
They say TTF is about the experience of seeing a live band, but personally whenever I hear it, I envision people marching in the streets ready to overthrow a government of some sort. Could be because the whole album is political in its theme.
My personal favorites.

The lyrics ruin the song for me. To live is to waste, there's no getting around that fact. Sure we can reduce the waste, but the apocalyptic finger pointing lyrics are just laughable. They're rock stars and they...wait, what?
I've had Another Way To Die stuck in my head for the past several days, it just gets me even more excited for Asylum. I really can't wait for this, Disturbed are just legendary.

The title track from the new album "Asylum" is up for free download on D1.com. (http://www.disturbed1.com/news/)
Just enter your email address & subscribe to their mailing list & you can download it for nothing. Kick ass.
Good things happen to those who wait ;D
I just downloaded the song "Asylum", and it's great song. Too bad we have to wait for another month for the new album to come out.
I love Disturbed :)
Could have bought the single at Walmart the other day but I'm low on cash. Not to mention I was disappointed with the last album.
Asylum is Another Way To Die x 9,001. I might have to have my band cover this. Lyrics seem fun to do and I can add my personal touches to them, hehe.
i was looking on amazon for the album and they have the album for preorder for about Ā£8, and the CD DVD pack on preorder for Ā£40!!!!! that can't be right, right? most CD/DVD packs are at most a couple of Ā£s more than the CD on it's own.

Was introduced to Disturbed last year, and I must say that they are a glimmer of hope (to me) in an ever declining music industry (for me).
I wouldn't go that far. They only started including solos in their third album, which is late into the game.

Can't stop singing along with this track. Love the chorus and the "RAH" parts.
I'm unimpressed. Felt like a throwback to the Believe album, which isn't good because AWtD felt pretty different musically.

I actually liked that parts of the song were sort of homages to their previous work, while it sounded much darker & more intense than anything from Believe.
If every song on the album is as great as the title track, Asylum is going to blow some minds. Bring it on, baby!
Asylum sounds pretty good if you ask me.
Been listening to The Sickness a lot lately...Conflict is a great way to pump oneself up for a workout lol
Disturbed is beast. 8)
Good cover material. I looove it.
RELEASE ME. *headbang* Such good stage material. I love the song Aslyum and David's voice and lyrics because they're almost rapped in a way, the verses of course. The chorus is just screaming for synced windmill headbanging from everyone except the vocalist. He's doing the fist in the air and the rhythmic foot beating thing of course. Haha.
;D
Is it out yet?
It comes out in 6 days over here. Hell yeah, I can't wait for this.

Music video.
It's pretty cool.
My thoughts on it below.
Being stuck in a mental asylum. The ambulance is the decension into the asylum. The torturers are the people you know in real life who have caused you to go to this place in your mind / are evils you have mentally created yourself that are torturing you. The reset button is being unable to escape from the asylum, hence the helping hand (the fire) at the end of the video allows him to escape it. The scenes showing the patient escaping symbolizes a violent and aggressive stance to the asylum. He's not just sitting there is the corner taking the punishment, so he is not depressed and so inside the asylum he is not subdued easily. Him escaping in the first place shows that this is still his mind. His mental power works for and against him, but is still able to keep him in this state of mind. The different deaths / tortures symbolize the different real life scenarios that happened to the person, and are reflected negatively inside the asylum of course. Him being feed his fake body parts (since he hasn't really died, it's just an illusion) symbolizes that soon it will overcome him if he allows himself to take it in and be fed by it. The basement near the end means its the darkest before the dawn. You hit the lowest of the low before help arrives. The corpse at the end symbolizes that after you have escaped the asylum, you are a changed person. That's why the eye opens.
David is just there to be awesome. Pause it at 2:47.
;D
I'm listening to Disturbed latest album right now, so far it's great.
I got the limited edition of Asylum, I love it.
It has a slightly different sound than their other albums, the emphasis seems to be more on big vocals & ballads than anything else. Particular highlights of the album for me were "Remnants", "Asylum", "The Animal" & "Serpentine".
Their cover of U2's "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" was also a surprise. A totally different sound than anything they've done before.
Ballads? A la Darkness from the Believe album?
Asylum is great, I like it a bit more then the last ablum IMO.

There's a pure instrumental track, plus a cover of a U2 song. The general style of the vocals is more melodic than the previous albums, but Draiman still cranks it up in some of the tracks. "My Child" is a very hard hitting & haunting song.
It's a really brilliant album, I'd say it's easily as good as Indestructible. The Decade of Disturbed DVD is also great.
Pure instrumental, wow. Disturbed has really gone mushy then.
Quote from: DoomRulz on Aug 29, 2010, 02:28:29 PM
Pure instrumental, wow. Disturbed has really gone mushy then.
The tone of the album switches back & forth between quick, aggressive songs & others with much more powerful, epic vocals. It all sounds great to me.
Draiman channels some serious intensity in this record, personally I think this is easily as good as Indestructible. It's one of their best.
Also, the instrumental I mentioned, "Remnants" is actually an extended opening for the title track. Believe me, it sounds awesome.
I'm sure it does; not debating that. But, for Disturbed, that's very different. I'll know when I get the album tomorrow.
If there's one way to sum it up for me, this album is the best aspects of Indestructible & Believe put together.
The melodies are great, the fast & aggressive songs are punishing, & David's vocals are more powerful than ever. I've been listening to it non-stop since release, & I have to say it's probably Disturbed's most epic record to date.
it's out! why hasn't my pre-order come through yet!! >:( bank holiday's suck, it'll probably arrive today.

coz...opening of the songs infection and decadence are very similar!
i've been listening to it last night and it's pretty damn good, although my main complaint is that they don't seem to have made any effort to experiment, and also, unless i am mistaken there is no cover track! their covers are always amazing.
anyway, i also have to complain that i paid Ā£11.99 instead of Ā£8.99 for the cd/dvd combo, and it was just a CD with a card to access the Decade of Disturbed documentry online, that's not what i paid Ā£3 extra for, and the card with the code on it a) has the never to say "free download" on it, when as i said it cost me Ā£3 extra, and b) the code doesn't work on the website!!!! it's has pissed me right off.
can anyone here confirm whether the cd version comes with the download card or not? if it does i have been ripped off!

I finally got the bonus track "Leave It Alone". It's almost like a mix between "Run" & "Parasite" from the last album. Awesome.

d'oh! i think i mentally made the connection of Deify being on Believe.
anyway my mp3 player looped back to the intro this morning and i think i have it sussed
it opens like a death metal into, slow and deep, kind of like dimmu borgir, it then goes onto sounding like machine head for a bit, with some very MH sounding harmoinics, then the rest of the track sounds exactly like metallica.
i think maybe Disturbed have reached their pinacle, and can't improve or change anymore, it's a shame, but they are in a rut, and the only way they can experiment or change is by sounding like other bands.
i hate to say it but i think they need some new blood, maybe a new producer, or maybe they could get some singers from other bands to feature on their next album or something, just to mix it up a bit.
They still sound better than anybody else to me. I've sampled all the other big name bands out there, & in my humble opinion none of them measure up to Disturbed.
I've been a massive fan of theirs for years. They really hit their stride with Ten Thousand Fists & since then have consistently gone to new heights of greatness. Asylum is no exception.

When a band with an iconic sound starts messing around with their material, bad things can happen. I think Asylum evolved their current style with bigger melodies & vocals, while staying true to their previous work.
Disturbed changed their game up after both The Sickness & Believe, & then finally found their groove in 10K Fists. They've stuck pretty close to their guns since then while still improving with each consecutive release.
the fact that they changed their sound with their first few albums is why i prefer them, more variety etc.
i think what you call a groove, i call a rut, but each to their own i guess.

It does, I will admit that. The strides I find in this album lie more in the lyrical content as opposed to the actual riffs and tunes. The poetry is very strong here, but truthfully, the only song that really stands out on its own is Another Way to Die.

well there we have it, i've always been a riffs and tunes listener than a lyrics listener. i habe to listen to an album a lot before i really start listening to the lyrics.
With Disturbed I always jump right to the lyrics. I can't help it. Ever since they released Believe, every song has had meaning behind it.

These guys sound better to you than the timeless Sabbath, Priest or Maiden? No way dude!
No matter how kewl you think they are, you can't possibly think they're better than the metal gods of the past, the ones who created this whole business. No offense! That's how I treat any post-1990 that I like. Like they're second hand.

Like I said, I've listened to pretty much every other band, & in my opinion they still don't hold a candle. Even the legendary Metallica, which is probably the biggest of them all, still doesn't sound as awesome to me as Disturbed does.
I don't rate music on how old it is or how much of a fanbase it got back in the 80s. I just know what sounds best to my ears.

The beginning of Crucified sounds similar to the opening riffs in SoP, right before Draiman says "tell me you like it!".

Has Draiman's on-stage voice improved at all?
his voice sounded ok to me, although he does this kind of annoying thing of not singing every lyric :-\
Yeah, I've noticed that too. Not surprising when you consider a lot of their material moves very quickly and there's no pause in between the lyrics so studio editing makes up for that.

My thoughts on their recent performance...
Disturbed was underwhelming. Draiman is really losing his voice when it comes to live performances. He's never been a good live singer, but last night was especially terrible. He skipped over words, wasn't as animal-like as he sounds on the CDs, and even needed the bassist to back him up. At least the music was good and Draiman is one hell of a showman. He knows how to get a crowd worked up.
yeah i agree and i noticed the missing out words thing too,

his voice sounded ok to me, although he does this kind of annoying thing of not singing every lyric :-\

He could be Ill...or maybe hes put weight on?
Vince Neil from Motley Crue is notorious for skipping words.
Or he just sucks live now. But then again, when I saw live on TV back in '02, he didn't sound much better. His voice goes in and out quite honestly. Sometimes he sounds good live, sometimes he doesn't.
I saw them live for the first time last night in Newcastle, f**king amazing show. The reaction from the crowd when they fired up was insane.
They also just released a new song, called '3'. You can download it from their website for $1.
How did Draiman sound?
He sounded great to me, belted out the big notes without a hitch. Although myself & the rest of the crowd were roaring so loud it was hard to hear every detail, lol.
The rest of the band were awesome as well, Mikey had a sick drum solo towards the end.
Here's their new song, it's about the West Memphis Three, wrongly convicted of murder because they were labeled satanists for their affiliation with metal music.

It was originally going to be a B-side on Asylum.

I turned it off halfway through. It tells a great story, but the lyrics are poorly chosen. They're too long, Draiman sounds like he's struggling to keep up, and the music isn't all that appealing.

You're kidding.
I've been listening to this song constantly over the last few days, can't get it out of my head. Personally I think it's one of their best B-sides ever.
To each their own I guess.
Eh, it just doesn't flow to my ears.

Love the new song so far, I can't wait to own all the B-sides legit when Lost Children comes out next week.

Definitely like this. The opening riffs and sound effects suit that image perfectly, lol.
I listen to the song like five times last night before I went to bed. So much better then "Three" for sure IMO!

What the hell is 'Nine'?
Opps I mean "Three". I don't know why I meant "Nine" lol, I think the song is better then Old Friend as well. I hope Disturbed will be making a new album soon in 2012 or 2013.
They are currently on indefinite hiatus so I doubt we will see a new album for a few years.
Everyone has to take a break sometime. They all have families, & David Draiman only recently got married.

not a new song. "lost children" is an album of b-sides and old tracks that didn't make it onto albums

'Mine' is actually a new B-side, it's never been released until now. It was originally going to be a part of Asylum, I don't know why they cut these gems off the albums.
I can't wait for The Lost Children. Even though I've already had all the bonus tracks for ages, it will be nice to own them legit on disc. Plus the new cover art is just f**king badass.

i suppose it's new in that sense, but not in the sense that it was recorded or written recently.

Well Asylum is only a year old, it's still pretty recent material.
So has anyone bought The Lost Children yet? I got it yesterday, it's great to finally have clear studio versions of Dehumanized & the Midlife Crisis cover. This is an album I've been waiting ages for.
I wish they included Glass Shatters & the badass instrumental Loading The Weapon from MAAW II, but oh well.
I'm a bit disappointed they're on hiatus. I'd love to see one of their concerts.
Hope they dont break up!..as rumours suggest!
What, why would they be breaking up??
focus on their personal lives apparently ! :'(
The reports are all from last year. They say the band wants to take "an indefinite hiatus". An extended break might just be what they need. But it doesn't sound like they're calling it quits.
I hope you're right...
The best band ever IMO.. cant just have this much to give!
Eh. Disturbed has been feeling kind of weak lately to me. It'd help if almost all their songs didn't sound the exact same. It's hard to like anything they did after the second album.
I'm a big fan of this band; I have three of their albums: Indestructible, Asylum, and The Lost Children. The first and third albums are my two favorites, with the middle having some great tracks, but the sound is just too similar on the whole.
I've seen them live and they put on a fantastic show. A very, very loud show though. My ears were totally f**ked for a few days afterwords :P
Draiman doesn't sound good live. You can tell he is very much a studio singer.

I thought he sounded fine live, but I was really hammered at the time. He was maybe a bit flat on some songs, but some songs sound a bit flat on the CDs. I wasn't bothered.
Live, he doesn't have that raspy, grow-ly side to it that he has on the CDs. He just sounds flat.

Well, maybe you weren't drunk enough when you saw them play then :P When you're about 12 shots of whiskey deep, being a bit flat is wholly unimportant.
You want to know who doesn't sound well live? Megadeth. Man, their singer was having some bloody issues, but I was mostly too drunk to care for that show as well. The dude can f**king rock the guitar, I'll tell you that. I feel bad for that bands' drummer. Poor bastard gets overshadowed by all the guitar.
Dave Mustaine.
I saw them live last year and thought he sounded well enough. He sounded like a cartoon character just like on the CDs so he was doing something right, lol.

I think he was either hungover or really drunk when he played for La Crosse :P
As you can hear, there are some sound quality issues. (http://"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aQ662cV8LZ0&feature=g-upl"). That's probably the best he sounded vocal wise all night, and that still wasn't very good in comparison to the other bands that showed up.
Though now I'm getting off topic.
Man, I wish I had had that iPod when Disturbed was here. I'd have loved to grab a video or two of those guys.
Another thing I love about this band is their absolutely amazing artwork covers. Asylum and The Lost Children are the best IMO.
I guess we won't see a new album for a while? The last one came out two years ago and they tend to make a new one once every two or three years.

They're on a indefinite hiatus at the moment, so no.
That's a shame. I always look forward to their newest work.

I hear Disturbed is making a new album called "Life by Design". Anyone know anything about it?
Last I heard, they were still on hiatus and Draiman is busy with his side project, Device. "A Life by Design" doesn't look like it's a Disturbed project though. See below:
http://voices.yahoo.com/fight-flights-life-design-solid-break-12222418.html (http://voices.yahoo.com/fight-flights-life-design-solid-break-12222418.html)
Nice. I have been feeling nostalgic for their older work lately since I remember them being popular during my middle school days.
I discovered them through a friend back in high school. For almost a year, Believe was the only album I listened to.
The only good song in A life by Design is
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLBtLGZ2waU#ws (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLBtLGZ2waU#ws)
IMO!
At first when they released this song in YT I was SOOOOO HYPED for the album release. But after that when the release day came the disappointment was huge :(
Disturbed is making a come back. Their first album in 5 years. Good to see them back since I still like their music even today.
Yeah, The Vengeful One was deliciously cheesy.
