I guess I have a thing for unused movie ideas. ;D I'd prefer a proper comic book adaptation of Vincent Wards's Alien lll (Wooden Planet), and a comic book based on Dan O'Bannon's prototypical ideas of Alien (like the pyramid and the alien culture as something different from the Space Jockeys) but with Giger's Alien. But overall, something like what Dark Horse did with George Lucas's original draft:

I'd really like to see a comic adaption of "Alien Engineers".

Which of these unused scripts most deserves an adaptation?

I haven't included William Gibson's script as that's being adapted into a comic.
From what I remember If I had to pick I'd probably end up going with Ward's.

True that. I shall remove AVP3 from the options then. Not that it will make any difference.

I think you misread the poll  :P

AvP 3 (2007) refers to an outline the team behind AvPR came up with. They didn't do a script, just a treatment.

EDIT

Oh snap I realised you weren't replying to Hicks.

Adapt all the alternate A3's into comicbook form, why not?

Then you'll have SIX alternate sequels to Aliens.

Aliens The Original DH Series
Alien III (Eric Red)
Alien III (David Twohy)
Alien III (Vincent Ward)
Alien III (William Gibson)
Alien Red Harvest
(Neill Blomkamp)

As far as I know an AvP3 script was never actually wrote. Just ideas.

But I'd be interested in seeing all of the above adapted into comic form.

Don't forget Red Harvest a fourth alternate Alien 3. Definitely the older three scripts should be adapted to comic form but I think Blomkamp's script deserves to be put to film.

I think I would have somewhat preferred Alien Engineers to Prometheus but I'm glad that the Derelict and Space Jockey on LV-426 were instead left a mystery.

Alien Engineers, another "Prometheus" approach, as a legitimate new film- I'd be most interested in though.
But only the very basis, not Jon Spaihts script verbatim.

A whole new creative team.
