Wow I like the feel of it being almost a found film, with non-actors playing, and the title struck me as looking a bit like Alien:SOS which would be a great title for another installment in the series.

Impressive, you could make a good web series out of this, give it a story, background etc and you are good to go. Doesn't even have to be long, a lot of webseries episodes can run from 5 to 20 mins.

Needed at least more context, if not story (if it was company-owned, why didn't they just send down robotic units?). But the emulation of lighting and atmosphere was superb.

Wow! Amazing! This short movie have all what I want see in Alien movie.

No philosophical questions, no million guns and million alien-insects. Literally - this is the best Alien movie.

"Is it supposed to be the Derelict on LV426?"

I'm not sure. Looking at that warning strobe and closing door at the end makes wonder if it's some kind of company owned hive, and those guys were fooled into going down there as food or to see if the hive was still active. Could be the company has finally found the derelict, and has sealed the original hive though. Either way, something dirty is going on there.

Yeah, my thought after seeing the warning light and the door was it was some sort of corporation owned hived up area too. Made sense with the Special Order title. I thought that perhaps they were just a research team. There was some dialogue about finding the subject when they found the unbursted woman.

This is amazing and more effective than either of the Alien prequels.

Holy crap I had the shivers watching this! While nothing  "new" or original was tried in what is happening, everything about it felt so right! Marvelous use of the music from all 4 of the Alien scores, I really loved the animation of the Drones in particular, they felt very aggressive. The final part with the Queen was the cherry on top, both visually and musically, amazing finale! Congratulations to you sir, you made me feel more with this short film than both Ridley's 2 last entries in the Alien universe did. This is the stuff I miss about the Alien universe. Oh ,great intro with the lighting, not sure if you're seing a planet in space first, then it comes to you that you are entering a nest...argh!

Fantastic! This was so much fun to watch. It had little homages to the other films, yet it all flowed so wonderfully. The only thing I'd say was questionable was the "B.S." line, it just felt alittle forced and out of place. Other than that I'm stunned. The scene where the queen appeared in front of the guy and the grandiose music started to play was my favorite part, it really felt like a was watching an actual Alien film. This is how you do it. Take notes Fox.

I'll admit, when I saw the title I thought it was going to be some art piece with aliens set in a restaurant. Boy was I pleasantly surprised.

It was a good short!

It is only a shame that they used same musics, same effects, same mechanics gone cliché (for example victim cooconed, waken up by human just to chestburst), same reactions... It just feels like a bold lack of fantasy and ideas.

I really enjoyed it. The environments and lighting is so good, it looks like live action. By the end of it, I wanted to see even more.

Is it supposed to be the Derelict on LV426?

Much better than I was expecting. I really liked it. It looked great, all of it: the hive, the alien, the Queen, even the crappy A:CM eggs had a nice look. Great atmosphere and the animations were nice, too. I'd definitely want to see more!
