I think considering how old Xbox 360 hardware is, games still look relatively solid. Tomb Raider and GTA V looked great. Obviously, if you have the dough for Xbox One, then you wanna do that.

Since I only have a crappy PC, a X360, and a Wii U, I can't experience Isolation in next gen. Will the game still look good?
