Possible "Aliens" cut scene?

Scenes in Resurrection were in it when I watched it in the cinema that were later cut. They're on the discs now, but not in the 'standard' version of the film.

And the first version of Alien I saw had the bit where Ripley asks Lambert if she's ever slept with Ash, along with other bits and bobs.

I dont understand why this happens, you might see scenes in cinemas or on TV that arnt on the normal dvd but there on the special edition, but when there on the specials they say that they were never used in any normal before-now versions

Invariably people simply don't see these scenes.  They just think they do.

Ordinarily I'd say the same about Mystic Lemons' claims to have seen deleted material - but in my experience she's not one to deliberately bullshit.
