I was posting a topic on another forum dealing with another amalgam of two Monster Kings(http://www.battlegrip.com/?p=13848 (http://www.battlegrip.com/?p=13848)), when I came across this particular bugger.
Supposedly a pretty sought after early nineties model kit that features what one would get when a facehugger attaches itself to a Tyranosaurus Rex. The model is of an impressive scale and quite sought after by the fans from what i've read on the sucker. I wonder if this was the Brothers Strause inspiration for their talked about, oft maligned Dino-Xeno, that came up for AVP3 had it been made. Thoughts ?

Well, if it wasn't for its MASSIVE FRIGGEN ARMS then it may look a bit more like a T-Rex

You guys are taking the "Rex" part and attributing it to the dinosaur...and that's not what this is.
"REX" means "KING"...this was meant to be a King Alien.

The head is KIND of cool, could use some more design work. the rest of the body its extreamly uninspired. especially the feet & arms. of course, in my opinion.
