The ammo looks more akin to .30 carbine.

I've got a sig 716 I've never even fired and should probably sell.

Depends on what your needs are I reckon. I'm more of of a handgun guy, and with the prices likely to go up I see myself shooting less and possibly liquidating unused equipment to buy ammo for my defensive pistols. With an election year coming up and all the talk about awb's, everything's going to get rarer and more expensive around here. An unfired "black rifle" might be worth its weight in gold in the near future. And diamonds if legislation becomes assured.

When we deployed one of our guys worked for Sig as a civilian, so he hooked up our battalion with buying everything like five percent over cost.  I got the 716 on a whim, but its a pain in the ass to find ammo for, and the way my vision is now if I have to engage anything with a 7.62 long rifle I'm probably in deep shit anyways.

Its got our battalion crest on it, so I'd probably only sell it to another service member or former service member.

I'll buy it.  Send it to me in pieces, though.   ;)

I hear Colt is suspending production of civilian AR's.

Kimarhi

Trying to fall in and be the responsible manufacturer.  Nvm that the still sell the nation's primary weapons platform.

This way they can be both on and off the high horse.

Huggs

Yeah. Folks are saying it's because they just aren't selling that well.

Which I can almost believe. The last m4 I held was in Wal-Mart and even back then they still wanted $1,200.

Huggs

Shot off some old federal cartridges today.

For looking like crap, they all still went bang.

I used to have a persuader. 7+1. Slapped a Phoenix collapsible stock on it, then a raptor grip later.

I sold it back to the shop about 6 months after I bought it. Seemed a bit impractical and I didn't trust the polymer trigger assembly.

Kimarhi

If u got a shotgun with a scope u doing it wrong

Huggs

Looks like a red dot to me.

Though why someone would even need it on a shotgun, let alone a shockwave is beyond me.

Kimarhi

you'd only need a cco on a shotty to look tacticool

Huggs

It's Mawl Ninjer

When firing our semi auto shotgun I wish it had a red dot on it. After the second shot in quick succession you either re-asert your aim or shoot far above your intended target. Perhaps just a laser would help. (And I know shotguns are home defence)
I've never tried a semi shotgun with a red dot, but I'd think it would help with extended fast firing. It would help with auto obviously. Curious, has anyone shot a shotgun with these attachments, are they worthwhile?

Still like my semi 308. For extended ranges. But shotguns are fun lol

22. Are the best though. Shoot all day and spend 4$ lol
