City Hunter for me because I prefered the Predator 2 look to the original. I think it gives the Predator a more menacing and evil look.
I go with Ritual armor. Having the big animal skull on your shoulder is awesome, it's mostly black or dark colored and the mask is very different and distingushed from all the other Predator masks.

I use the Original most of the time, but sometimes I switch to the P2 costume or when I'm playing the Alien levels, the AvP costume. None of the designs created for the game really interest me, they look like something fans created and the Bad Blood costume is just terrible.
I thought the bad blood costume was really creative. Mixture of of the captured Preds and all three of the bad bloods. I was pissed though that you could only unlock the City hunter on the thrid to last lvl. I wanted to play with it earlier.
Sure it's creative, but creative and awesome are two different things. Predators just don't look as good without their dreadlocks and armor. I do like the little eyepiece attached to his mask but I think they could've done better.
I like the Dark Blade clan costume. The glowing green eyes are cool and I like the red lights on the preds armor. When you have all the upgrades for your weapons, it matches your armor. ;D
The skin based off the Pred from the first movie, once I unlocked it I used that one for the rest of the game.
Dark Blade clan armor for me, red and black are my favorite colors, and the pred looks so damn cool too

this is off topic, but can anyone tell me if there was any truth to the part of the developement in the game that supposedly if you killed enough innocent people, some predators (Police Preds?)
would come and hunt you down?
Cause i heard i think one of the creators said that this would happen, but i haven't looked it up myself.

Never happened to me. Perhaps it was something never implemented or I just never killed enough citizens.

The only thing that happened to me was the mission ending. Killed too many innocents. I like the Dark Blade and Concrete Jungle.
well i spent all last night killing innocent people and getting dishonorable kills but know i have'nt seen any other pred besides the one you fight in the weather level and last rites.
well that's lame.

I dont think it looked that good in the game. If it was exactly like the one in part 1 where it is very detailed and stuff, I would've picked it, but it wasn't so i didn't.
I'm actually a fan of all of them. Each one is so different, that choosing them makes you feel like an entirely different Predator each time. All of them are unique (especially the ones made specifically for Concrete Jungle), and bring a different feel to the game. With that said, I still do have a fave, and its the Dark Blade Clan costume. ;)

I like the Concrete Jungle one, well because it is the Celtic Predator ;D
i like the ritual armor because it's like the armor in p2 but it has a better feel to it

agree. I like Dark Blade Clan too
the ritual and dark-blade are the mostc reative the ritual is only good when you have the weaons witha lvl 2 upgrade, with bones and stuff but when they are maxed out the dark-blade, plus his eyes are yellow while cloaked like in the movie
Concrete Jungle Scarface and Jungle hunter are my favs, there's just something off about the City Hunter for me.
I prefer to use the 'city hunter' look because the shoulder cannon design fits. It's a shame you couldn't change the shoulder cannon or other weapons to fit the other costumes.
City Hunter for me. I've always loved that Predator more than the original. Plus it even has the original thermal vision + sound effects while other costumes (Ritual, Alien Hunter, Dark Blade and I think Bad Blood) have the AvP thermal vison + sound effects.
I like the Dark Blade, Jungle Hunter, and Ritual armor best.
Im a sucker for AvP so I pick that as my favorite but the ritual armor rocks to.

But sadly... i liked the avp design in concrete jungle... It sort of looked better.
It's very annoying you can't switch back to the lower grade weapons to fit different costumes.
Jungle hunter looks weird with the dark blade plasma cannon.
I do love the P2 design, but he looks too muscley in this game. Plus the giant plasma caster packs on their backs look stupid on the City hunter...
i think the city hunter is the best looking his amor and skin tone are perfect ;D
liked the ritual armour but i hated the new sounds used from the avp movie,its not the same without that whip sound when switching vision modes

I follow you completely on that. The smallest thing like that bothers me. Otherwise I'd play as the Dark Blade Clan Predator mainly.
after u receive the weapon upgrades dark blade clan is the only 1 to use everything else looks crap wit those new weapons

You can free roam on certain levels. (If you don't do your missions which end the level if you do)

They all have set objectives, but you can just go hunting instead if you want... 8)
The Dark Blade Clan armor is my favorite. The colors are awsome and the clan upgrade weapons look great with it.
I liked Jungle Hunter myself. I can't wait to get City Hunter. I'm on Rescue right now.

alien hunter... well the thing is this....
I hated avp for scar looking bulki and having a "smile".... but in the game .... I STARTED using most of the time jungle hunter but, after getting armour imrovements, wepons, plasma cannon full levels... i dont know... i felt like the alien hunter was the extra armour extra equipment thing. XDD

It does suck, they should of made it so you can change the weapon looks and still have level 3 upgrade.

It does suck, they should of made it so you can change the weapon looks.
What they should have done is make the weapons selectable.
But I'm gonna just create a save profile, and only get the weapons that match each costume. I think someone around here is doing the same thing.

The only reason I chose that one (the concrete jungle) is because it is the only one I have unlocked, plus, I can't find any pics of the others.

It's funny that everyone mentions the dark blade clan, I like it too don't get me wrong. But for some unabtainalbe reason he looks like sektor from mortal kombat. Here is a pic of him.....

Obviously with the colors inverted.
I think all the cyborgs from Mortal Kombat look like Predators in a way. Sektor can even cloak in the MKA konquest mode. And Smoke has a self destruct fatality in MK3.
But I wish they made this aft AvP-r so we could have a Wolf costume and maby a whip instead of the maul. The maul is kinda pointless to me. I prefer the spears.
Funny you should mention that wolf. Ed Boon and co got the idea for the costumes for the the cyber ninjas from predator. They pretty much copied the predator from top to toe. Sektor even has a flamethrower build into his arm gauntlet. Smoke has that spear and goes invisible and cyrax has the net that wraps around the dude you are fighting. The only thing none of them have is the plasma caster.
Also hate to say it but this move was already used by sektor and smoke in mk. It was the poweruppercut that they both used it in mk3 and trilogy.
It was then "borrowed" from mk and the pred in avp:r uses it to smash through the road and later the roof.
I know there is no law to stop them from using ideas from other sources and midway started it in the first place by copying the preds into mk. Even though the punch was used in avp:r it was cheesy and if he used it as an attack against chet it could have been believable as you see him push the button on the gauntlet before he fights her.
okay i change my mind. i sort of do like the ritual costume better. im starting to lose my liking of the whole high tech look.

I like the Dark Blade Clan costume. When I play the game, I used the defalt costume with the basic weapons. When I upgraded the weapons, I changed to ritual costume. When I upgraded everything, I switched to dark blade. This way, my weapons matched my armor. I know it is pointless, but was fun to see a Predator with all bone armor and weapons then with all Dark Blade clan stuff, etc.

i havent got city hunter or bad blood but im sure dark blade would still be the best,
mainly because of the glowing eyes and the little lights on his armor :P :P

I just wish the whole game could be like that. Like what if when you went into the underground into your ship, thats when you select the next mission, then you have to go to it. That would be awesome!
That is an awesome idea. It could be like Grand Theft Auto, and you go back to the ship for missions. They could make the maps and landscapes bigger
That would be awesome. You could take your trophies back to your ship, change armor in the ship, bring different weapons etc. Skin bodies anywhere. I think you'd have to start over though if you f**k up real bad but that would be awesome. Then you could go from the city to the forest. I'd pay anything for that game!
Dude, this is freakin amazing. You got some good ideas, fans should send in ideas like these and stuff for a predator or alien game, those would be the greatest games ever because the fans are the ones who came up with the idea, and everything else. Freakin Awesome man! :)

I always love the look of the Ritual Armor. Something about having your armor festooned with skulls, feathers, and other pieces of your victims has a rather likeable flavor. Anywhat, I simply love the Ritual Armor, but after that comes the Concrete Jungle Armor and Bad Blood Armor. Those look wicked too! ;D

RITUAL ARMOR!!!!!!!!!! The only really cool one! Blue, feathers, skulls, tusks on the mask, it all is too AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!! I use him whenever I play, and I got to use him early, as it doesn't take long to earn him.
My favourite costume is City Hunter. Too bad you only get it on the second last level of the game itself. What a waste!

Dark Blade Clan is also good and it is my second favourite costume, next to City Hunter. The only problem I have with it is that, it is a tad bit too bright in colourisation and the final result makes it seem cartoony :-\
The best thing about the costumes were they were shown in all the cutscenes. ;D

IN order of what I like Ritual, Predator 2, AVP
Even though this game was way before AvPr, it would be cool if they had the Wolf costume in the game.
But they need to make a new Concrete Jungle. Or Predator game all together because I can barely play this game anymore. I love the game but there's nothing new anymore and nothing to keep me interested aside from the sequences, the Predator, the sounds blah blah.
All the Pred costumes are unique in this game, but I especially like the City Hunter (Predator 2) costume because the city is your hunting ground, and while I'm playing as City Hunter, it makes me feel like I'm playing a cool Predator 2 game hunting in Los Angeles! 8)
I like ritual (although all it is is the predator 2 oufit with a human skull on the shoulder), jungle hunter, city hunter, and dark blade clan costumes.
The Dark Blade costume seemed to best fit the game's 2030 setting.. and looks cool with all the weapons.

I like jungle hunter and ritual armor pretty cool to me, most of them are good except for bad blood it would have been cool if they used the version from the comic Predator: Bad Blood.

I think you destroy the Super Computer in the first level you fight Hunter. The second to last level, yeah. There's this huge computer on the top floor. Blow the shit out of it and ta-dah.

The Dark Blade Clan, City Hunter and Jungle Hunter are the costumes that interest me the most. I'm a big fan of the original Predator so I dig the Jungle Hunter costume, but overall I like the look of the Dark Blade Clan costume the most. Even though I don't like the City Hunter costume as much, I still play with it the most. Probably because it suit's the environment.
If Dark Blade Clan is the one with all the red squares across it, that's my fave.

its a sick game but i didn't play it much coz it got stolen so i only had the first 3 unlocked....i liked jungle hunter the most but its too bad this game was rushed....if they made it on next gen consoles as a redesign using fan based ideas it would be the best thing since sliced bread ;D

Jungle Hunter and Bad Blood are my favs.
For me the competition of choice between Jungle hunter and City hunter was tight, but for me Jungle hunter takes the cake. I'm a devoted fan of the original.
I have a soft spot for the Jungle and City Hunter costumes due to the first two films, but the Dark Blade Clan costume is the best. It matches the other Dark Blade weaponry and it looks mighty intimidating, futuristic and edgy. Those distinctive yellow eyes are a bonus, too.

Went with Concrete Jungle, I like the skull on the spike on the shoulder armor, and the belt was just too awesome.

City Hunter is the best rendered costume in the game in my opinion.
Haven't played the game but due to the fact it's set within the city, I would of used City Hunter/Ghost.
That is exactly when I like the costume the best.
This game is still awesome...if only they'd reboot it with modern graphics
Mine is Jungle predator because he is the Jungle Hunter in my favorite film, i feel he is the most memorable and i like the look of his face more than the others and body/armor.

I like the Dark Blade clan costume. The glowing green eyes are cool and I like the red lights on the preds armor. When you have all the upgrades for your weapons, it matches your armor. ;D

Unfortunately I haven't been able to play this game as of yet, but I plan on snatching it up if it ever appears at my local game shop.
But from the videos/screenshots I have seen, I would have to put my vote in for Dark Blade Clan.
I liked the Alien Hunter
I like the ritual armor the mask looks good and the armor to.
Jungle Hunter was my favorite constume out of the movie costumes, but my favorite of the game was the Ritual one, I find it quite original, though it uses city hunter skin type (literally I mean) and mask as a template.
I usually play as the default because that's the one your sort of supposed to be, but the Dark Blade Clan armour is by far the best looking.
I love that they put the film armours in there too.
